Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only.
- UK Standard Delivery: £4.50
- Free UK Delivery on orders over £100
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking details where available.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Bertie’s Shirts cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or missing parcels where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided by the customer.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order, but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Standard returns
If you change your mind or no longer want an item:
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items not as described
If you believe an item is not as described, please contact us with details and photos where possible.
Once the item has been returned and inspected by us, we will determine whether the item matches the original description provided on the website.
- If we confirm the item was not as described, a full refund will be issued and return postage costs will be covered by Bertie’s Shirts
- If the item is found to match the original listing and description, return postage costs will not be refunded
Important information
Many of our items are vintage and pre-owned, meaning signs of age and wear can be expected. We always aim to describe items as accurately as possible and clearly note any major flaws or damage within the product listing.
